LETS GRAB IT – NO RETURN & NO REFUND POLICY

Welcome to LETS GRAB IT. Please read this policy carefully before placing or confirming an order. By purchasing from LETS GRAB IT, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the terms stated below.

1. STRICT NO VOLUNTARY RETURN & NO VOLUNTARY REFUND POLICY

LETS GRAB IT operates under a strict NO VOLUNTARY RETURN AND NO VOLUNTARY REFUND POLICY.

We do not voluntarily accept product returns or provide monetary refunds after an order has been confirmed, processed, dispatched, or delivered.

All confirmed sales are treated as FINAL SALES, subject to any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable Indian law.

2. ORDER CONFIRMATION

Customers are requested to carefully check the product details, description, specifications, price, quantity, name, mobile number, and delivery address before confirming an order.

Once an order has been confirmed and processed, the customer cannot request a voluntary return or refund due to change of mind, personal preference, dislike, accidental ordering, or no longer requiring the product.

3. CUSTOMER COMPLAINTS

LETS GRAB IT respects customer concerns.

If a customer reports any issue regarding a product, delivery, packaging, damage, defect, or product variation, the complaint may be recorded, documented, and reviewed by our support team.

Customers may be requested to provide product photographs, package photographs, shipping-label photographs, order details, and an unedited unboxing video for verification.

Recording or reviewing a complaint does not automatically mean that a return or monetary refund has been approved or guaranteed.

4. COMPLAINT RECORD AND CORRECTIVE ACTION

Customer complaints may be recorded for internal review and shared with the concerned supplier, warehouse, fulfilment partner, or logistics partner.

The purpose of recording complaints is to identify operational issues and take appropriate corrective or preventive action so that similar issues can be avoided in future orders.

A complaint ticket, complaint number, acknowledgement, or review process does not by itself constitute approval of a return or refund.

5. WRONG PRODUCT, VARIANT, DAMAGE OR DEFECT COMPLAINTS

Claims relating to a wrong product, different variant, damaged item, or defective item may be documented and reviewed based on the evidence provided by the customer.

LETS GRAB IT does not guarantee an automatic return or monetary refund merely because such a complaint has been submitted.

Where any specific consumer remedy is required under applicable Indian law, the matter will be handled accordingly.

6. NO UNAUTHORIZED RETURNS

Customers must not send any product to LETS GRAB IT, our supplier, warehouse, or any other address without prior written authorization.

Unauthorized return shipments may be refused or rejected.

LETS GRAB IT will not be responsible for products sent without official written return instructions.

7. NO FALSE ASSURANCE OF RETURN OR REFUND

Customer support representatives may acknowledge a complaint, record an issue, raise a ticket, forward a matter, or state that an issue will be reviewed.

Such statements must not be interpreted as a promise, approval, or guarantee of a return or monetary refund unless LETS GRAB IT specifically provides written confirmation of such a remedy.

8. APPLICABLE CONSUMER LAW

Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude, restrict, or override any consumer right or remedy that cannot legally be excluded under applicable Indian law.

Where a remedy is legally required, LETS GRAB IT will address the matter in accordance with applicable law.

9. POLICY ACCEPTANCE

By placing and confirming an order with LETS GRAB IT, the customer confirms that they have had the opportunity to read and understand this policy.

The customer acknowledges that LETS GRAB IT does not operate a general or voluntary return and refund program.
